By accessing and using CV Pass at cvpass.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This website is owned, maintained, and operated by Shift Social Media Account Management, registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. Country of Domicile & Governing Law

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. This website and all its transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

3. Services, Pricing & Currency

CV Pass is a digital platform for creating professional English-language CVs. Service price: AED 59 per CV. Accepted currency: UAE Dirham (AED). The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe payment gateway.

5. Service Delivery & Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, users receive immediate access to download their PDF CV within the website. Payment confirmation is sent via email within minutes of completing the transaction.

6. Eligibility

• Minors under 18 years old cannot register as users or transact on this website.
• Services are for personal use only.

7. Cardholder Responsibilities

• Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and information.

8. Prohibited Countries

Trading or services will not be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries or any entity on the UAE blacklist.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content is the exclusive property of Shift Social Media Account Management. Generated CVs are the property of the user.

CV Pass reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
