1. Refund Policy

This is a digital product with instant delivery. All sales are final upon PDF download. No refunds will be issued after the PDF has been successfully downloaded. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

In the exceptional event a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

2. Grounds for Refund Consideration

• Service could not be delivered due to a technical error on our part
• PDF download failed due to a platform-side technical issue
• Duplicate charge on the same transaction

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• After successful PDF download — no refunds under any circumstances
• Dissatisfaction due to incorrect information entered by the user
• Change of mind after the digital product has been delivered
• Download window expiry (2 hours) without contacting support

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. Neither Stripe nor CV Pass will pass any debit/credit card details to third parties. No cancellation or replacement is permitted after the digital product has been delivered.

5. Refund Request Process

Contact us within 7 days at thereal.cvpass@gmail.com or via WhatsApp stating the reason and transaction reference.
